The 2023 Vertical Momentum Induction has now been slated for the 4th of August 2023 at the Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare.
The Induction is a celebration of leaders who successfully complete our rigorous flagship programs namely LEAD Momentum and BETTER. These leaders gain access into an exclusive network of change agents called EXCEED, where they will be exposed to limitless continuous development opportunities.
Themed as a ‘Celebration of Efficiency and Effectiveness,’ this year’s induction will inaugurate over 60 managers, executives and entrepreneurs. For 75-120 days, these leaders were exposed to concepts, models, mindsets and tools that developed them into critically thinking agents who provide progressive thought leadership and influence in the workplace.
Over the years, at least 2,000 leaders from leading organisations that include Old Mutual, CABS, TelOne, Nyaradzo Group, Minerva Risk Advisors, PSMAS, Schweppes, and Nedbank have completed the prestigious LEAD Momentum program.
Attendance to this closed August 4th event is strictly by invitation. The rest of the world will be joining us through our social media and other digital platforms for live updates.
